You will receive two bills:
- A weekly direct debit to Plico
- A Synergy supply bill, which you will receive via post or email (whatever your account preference states)
Your Plico bill is for your Plico plan - you solar + battery payment (which also covers 10 years of servicing and maintenance, plus the installation).
Your Synergy bill consists of your supply maintenance fee, and any excess energy you purchase from the grid (if any!)
