Will I get two bills or one?

You will receive a power bill from your energy retailer and pay instalments to Plico.

You will receive two bills:

1. A direct debit for your system - from Plico or Plenti Fiannce
2. An electricity bill - from your energy retailer for supply, maintenance and grid electricity consumption
