We have Hardship Support available through the Plico Community Council for CEPCO contracts and through Plenti Finance for Plenti contracts.
Your contract details the process that will be undertaken when your account is in arrears.
If you decide to stop paying and are not seeking hardship support or have not experienced a significant life event, your system may be virtually switched off. The inverter and battery may also be removed from your house and you will no longer have the benefits of a clean energy system and lower power bills.
