You have options after you sell your home or business.

When selling the home or business where your Plico system is installed, you have three options to consider:

1. Remove and relocate the system at your own cost.
2. Transfer the Plico contract to the new owner.
3. Buy out the Plico system and add the amount to the property sale price.
