I’m having financial difficulties and trouble paying my bills. What can I do?

We know life can throw curveballs that can make it difficult to keep up with financial commitments. 

As part of our values of community first, part of your $250 one-time DCEP membership fee contributes to a Utilities Support Fund to be used to support DCEP members undergoing financial hardship that impacts their ability to meet the weekly payments. Application to the Utilities Support Fund must meet the requirements outlined by the DCEP association committee.
