The agreement is 10 years, with an option to continue for another 1 year immediately after the end of the current agreement.
Should you need to leave the agreement before the end of the 10 years (for example if you sell your home) you can choose to transfer the remainder of the contract to the new owners or buy out the system in line with the amounts stated in the payout schedule of your contract.
